Following the success of our European Championships earlier this year, Scottish Masters Hockey is seeking to appoint coaches and managers for a number of our women’s squads for the next cycle of competition and beyond. Coaches will oversee selection and preparation of teams for upcoming competition.
If you coach hockey to a high level and have what it takes to coach at international standard and at tournament events then please consider applying. You must have, as a minimum, the Level 1 Coaching Certificate (with a commitment to reaching Level 2). This is a demanding, yet exciting role. More detail can be found in the role advert.
Managers are essential to the smooth running of preparations for training and tournaments, and those with experience in the sport – and with some administration skills – are encouraged to apply. Please see the role advert for more details.
For both positions the Women’s International Committee of SMH advise that the initial period of appointment will be from selection this year to the conclusion of the European Championships in 2025, with a review following the World Cups in 2024.
