The remaining men’s squads have been announced for this year’s competitions. The M45s and M55s will represent Scotland in their Great Britain & Ireland 4 Nations and World Cup competitions. Meanwhile, the M75s will run out in this month’s Celtic Cup and Great Britain & Ireland 4 Nations.

First to take to the field are the M75s. They will be up against teams from Ireland, Wales and Belgium, with Bedford Hockey Club the hosts. In May it’s a trip to Southgate Hockey Club for the 4 Nations.

The younger gents kick off their season proper in Swansea, Wales, in the 4 Nations before getting set for HC Rotterdam and the World Masters Hockey World Cup between 22 July – 1 August. A whopping 23 teams including Scotland are taking part in the competition which could see the boys take on teams from Oman to Bangladesh to Chile to name a few.

The M55s will travel to Belgium to play from 6 – 16 August at KHC Dragons, Brasschaat. Twenty teams are signed up with potential opponents including Argentina, Canada, Singapore and New Zealand.

Congratulations to all those selected. We look forward to following the progress of the teams over the coming months.
