This month’s Celtic Cup will be the first official tournament hosted by Scottish Masters Hockey (SMH).
Two games, M60 Scotland vs Ireland and M65 Wales vs Ireland, kick off the tournament at Robert Gordon’s College Playing Fields, Countesswells Road in Aberdeen between April 15-17.
Scotland’s M60, M65 and M70 squads were recently named and comprise players from more than 33 clubs across the UK. They will take on opponents from Wales, Ireland, and France. SMH President Jacky Burnett said: “Congratulations to all selected to play in the upcoming Celtic Cup in Aberdeen. How appropriate and exciting that your squads host the first official event hosted by Scottish Masters Hockey. Play well and enjoy meeting up with old hockey friends.”
