Our four women’s Scotland Masters squads have been announced for the World Masters Hockey Indoor World Cup 2026. They will take part in the tournament in Nottingham between 26 -31 March this year.
Nottingham was the venue for the last Indoor World Cup, where Scotland’s W55s took bronze with a commanding 7-0 victory over The Netherlands. Holders Germany are in the competition once more, alongside beaten finalists the USA. Australia, the Netherlands and England make up the rest of the 55s teams taking part.
The W40s have the largest pool, alongside fellow European nations Wales, England and Germany, with far-flung opponents travelling from Australia, Ghana and Guyana. Meanwhile, the W35s have a 4 Nations reunion with Ireland, Wales and England. They will face off against Germany and the USA in their group. England, Germany, Wales and the USA await the W65s in their group.
The six days of competition will be a great test for all the squads involved.
Congratulations to all those selected – we wish all squads the best of luck.
